Mix 'em and match 'em! 51 Japanese Characters!

by Chris MaGee

Here's something that fans of Japanese pop culture will probably appreciate. Jean Snow has posted a link to a really fun website called "51 Japanese Characters". Created by Peter Machat, a German foreign exchange student who studied in Japan, it features... well... 51 Japanese different characters. Kabuki actors, otaku, yamanba and yakuza are all represented in a kawaii doll-like style. On top of being able to purchase posters and postcards of the characters Machat has also set up a mix and match game on the site that allows visitors to create over 100,000 random combinations from the 51 characters.

You know you want to kill some time at the office. C'mon, click here. Work can wait 'til later.
