Sweet Rain (Accuracy of Death) - Masaya Kakei (2008)
Asian mega-star Takeshi Kaneshiro stars as none other than Death himself as he visits people about to die, spends a week with them and then makes the final decision as to their fate. "Sweet Rain" will be featured at the upcoming New York Asian Film Festival.

Kitano's second directorial effort follows a gas station attendant and his best friend on a trip to Okinawa where they seek out guns to help level the playing field between them and the Tokyo yakuza. Kitano stars in a supporting role as a psychopathic gangster who comes to their aide.
