Rock 'n' Roll Diet! - Takahumi Motoki (2008)
You're middle-aged, you're overweight... what better way to trim that waistline than by rockin' out! That's what Gun-san, a former rock star and now pudgy bar owner and family man (played by Daisuke Shima) does in Takahumi Motoki's adapation of the Kenichiro Nakamaru novel "Rock 'n' Roll Diet!" Trying to prove that his old rock 'n' roll spirit hasn't faded away Gun-san cuts out the carbs, straps on his guitar and slips on those tight leather pants once again.
Hanzo the Razor: Sword of Justice - Kenji Misumi (1972)
*** Not Work Safe***
You'll have a hard time coming across a film as absurd as this one. Zatoichi himself, Shintaro Katsu tried to create an equally iconic character in Kamisori Hanzō, an Edo era cop whose only weapon is his gigantic... baton? Hanzo's quest to put Kanbei the Killer behind bars has him utilizing creative sexual interrogation techniques (that's putting it mildly) and steely-eyed determination, but when the leads point to the elite of Edo society... well, things get set up for the 1973 sequel, "Hanzo the Razor: The Snare". Shaft has nothing on Hanzo!
