With this being a Japanese film website based out of Toronto I'd feel a bit negligent if I didn't mention that May is Asian Heritage Month across Canada. Originally conceived in 2001 Asian Heritage Month is intended as a way to "bring together Canadians claiming Asian heritage, with Canadians from all origins, and gives them the opportunity to explore and understand their shared cultures." There will be many events taking place across the country to celebrate the occasion, but this being the Toronto J-Film Pow-Wow here are some links to events coming up in our city.
