Makoto Sakai stars as real-life chef Makoto Nishimura in Shûichi Okita's feel good comedy "South Pole Cook". When Nishimura is sent to Japan's Dome Fuji Station in Antarctica he ends up cooking up delicious dishes and good times for the crew of scientists and researchers stationed there.
