Daihachi Yoshida, director of "Funuke Show Some Love You Losers!" and "The Wonderful World of Captain Kuhio", is back with a new film. “Permanent Nobara,” based on a manga series by Reiko Saibara, focuses on a recently divorced woman named Naoko (Miho Kanno) who returns with her daughter to her home village, where she gathers herself in a hair salon that doubles as a therapy group of-sorts for its female clientele.
