Akunin - Sang-il Lee (2010)

"Hula Girls" director Sang-il Lee changes gears with this dark drama about a working class young man played by Satoshi Tsumabuki who commits a brutal murder. So random is the crime that police have trouble tracking him down. By the time they catch onto the killer's trail another young woman's life is in jeopardy.

1970s Japanese sex pots Reiko Ike and Miki Sugimoto star in this tale of revenge in which a gang of wronged women go after a ruthless yakuza boss and his gang after they've been raped, imprisoned and generally treated like women do in these exploitation films from the early 70s.
