I’m a huge fan of director Hirokazu Koreeda. His film “After Life” was in the first batch of Japanese films that I ever saw and its premise of choosing one memory to take with you after you die is utterly brilliant in its simplicity. Obviously then any news of a new film from Koreeda is more than welcome, so it’s great to see that the website for his latest film “Aruitemo, Aruitemo (Even If You Walk and Walk)” has now got the trailer up.
Starring Hiroshi Abe, Susumu Terajima, and Yoshio Harada the film centers around a man who returns home with his family to mark the anniversary of his brothers death.
