“Bayside Shakedown” spawns another sequel

I can’t say that I really care that much about “Bayside Shakedown” (sorry you Bayside fans). Based on the Fuji TV series it follows the goings on in the fictional Wangan Precinct in Tokyo it’s already spawned one sequel, but it looks like there’ll be another.

Don Brown at Ryuganji.net has a report that the third film in the series will go before the cameras in 2009. The thing is it doesn’t seem like Don cares that much either, but how can two little bloggers indifference compete with a domestic gross of over 27 billion yen? It can’t, so bring on more Bayside!
