Nicholas Rucka and logboy have the big news online today at Maboroshii Productions: they’ve posted the trailer for Mamoru Oshii’s next big screen offering “The Sky Crawlers” and let me tell you it doesn’t disappoint. The story of an alternate history where children are trained from young age as fighter pilots is ripe for some high flying action and the dog fight scenes in this trailer are top notch. Looks like Oshii is continuing to push the envelope between traditional 2D and CGI animation.
