CONTEST: Win tickets to see “The Most Beautiful Night in the World” at NYAFF’08

Daisuke Tengan’s “The Most Beautiful Night in the World” is probably the film that I was most excited to hear was going to be shown at this year’s New York Asian Film Festival, so when the good folks at the fest contacted me about doing a ticket giveaway for it I was thrilled. My review for it will run on Friday let me say that I was truly impressed with this eccentric epic about a journalist getting caught up in a sexual revolution in a small Japanese town.

So, if you’re in New York, around New York, or have the ways and means to get yourself there for June 25th or 30th then all you have to do to win one of three free passes to see the International premiere of “The Most Beautiful Night in the World” at the IFC Center is to head over to the Toronto J-Film Pow-Wow Facebook group and answer this skill testing question: Daisuke Tengan is the son of which legendary director? And that’s it!

The three lucky winners will be announced Friday, June 20th, so good luck to you all!

* Only residents of North America are eligible to win. If you have won a prize for the Toronto J-Film Pow-Wow in the past three months you are not eligible to enter.
