Poster for “Kodomo no Kodomo” online

We ran a story a couple weeks ago about the upcoming manga adaptation “Kodomo no Kodomo (Child’s Child)”, the story of an 11 year-old girl who makes the discovery that she’s pregnant. At that time we reported that it was still filming, but Jason Gray quickly pointed out in the comments that production had wrapped and the film had been completed. Now Jason has not only posted the poster for “Kodomo no Kodomo (Child’s Child)”, but he’s also posted his thoughts on Hiroharu Hagiuda’s film at his blog. I have to confess that when Jason says “There have been some nervous remarks on the net from people who can't wrap their heads around an 11-year-old conceiving a child,” that I was one of those people, but according to his report the film is very well done.
