Kazumi (Mimura) has loved the art of rakugo since she saw a performance as a high schooler, but since graduation she's having trouble breaking into the entirely male dominated comedic Japanese storytelling, that is until an elderly rakugo master (Masahiko Tsugawa) takes a chance on the talented young woman ansd invites her to become his apprentice.

"Labyrinth od Dreams" is strange love story from Sogo Ishii, the director of "Burst City" and "Electric Dragon 80,000V". Tomiko (Rena Komine) a bus driver in a small Japanese town, has suspisions about her new co-worker Niitaka (Tadanobu Asano). There's a rumour that every bus driver he's ever worked with have died under mysterious circumstances. Could he be a serial killer, and will her strategy of feigning a romantic interest in him to find out the truth back fire?
