I'm always suspicious of actresses who use their, um.... natural assets to gain fame, but this is such a bold-faced attention grabber that it almost lands in the "so bad it's good" category.
Former gravure model and soon to be the female incarnation of The Blind Swordsman Zatoichi, Haruka Ayase has always been known for her... well there's no delicate way to say this... her large breasts, so it was a bit of a no brainer to cast her in the upcoming sports comedy "Oppai Bare" which translates to "Boobs Volleyball". The film, based on a novel by Mizuno Munenori, has the tag line, "Win this game, and teacher will flash her boobs!" and that's pretty much what the film is about. Ayase plays a high school teacher named Mikako who along with a former sports star, played by Toru Nakamura, whip the school's volleyball team into shape with some hard won wsidom and the chance to scope Ayase's boobs. Oooookay then...
I could make jokes about how I would have been a lot better in sports as a kid had I had a teacher like this, but... nevermind. "Oppai Bare" is currently shooting and is set for release in Japan in February. Thanks to Ryuganji.net and Tokyograph for the details on this.
