A slew of "Shonen Meriken Sakku" stills at Variety Japan

by Chris MaGee

The promotional department at Toei has been working over-time promoting Kankuro Kudo's upcoming punk rock comedy "Shonen Meriiken Sakku". They've been posting great making-of featurettes at the film's official site, but as of yet we haven't seen many glimpses of completed footage. That's changed big time as Variety Japan has posted a whole slew of promotional stills featuring Koichi Sato, Tomorowo Taguchi, Yuichi Kimura and Hiroki Miyake in character as Shone Merikan Sakku, The Brass Knuckle Boys, who are discovered by a young record company intern, played by Aoi Miyazaki, who gets them back on the road for a comeback.
