Here's one for the anime fans out there today. You've known for a while now that French director Chris Nahon (The Empire of Wolves) was helming a live-action adaptation of Production I.G. and Hiroyuki Kitakubo's 2000 short animated feature "Blood: The Last Vampire", but now the official site for the film has gone live with the above teaser image of Korean actress Jeon Ji Hyun as Saya, the vampire Japanese schoolgirl who hunts other vampires for the U.S. military. In terms of other content on the site, well, so far there isn't any, no trailer, no blog, and most importantly, no release date. This one was supposed to have been released last year, but so far there's no sign of it. Hopefully this site showing up is a sign of that finally happening.
