24framespersecond.net has news of a new teaser trailer for director Kôtarô Terauchi's new feature "Carrasco Rider" (the teaser loads up and plays automatically when you click the trailer link). The film will apparently follow the adventures of a short statured, motorcycle riding, baseball team mascot named Mr. Carrasco.
The character is based on the actual unofficial mascot for the Rakuten Eagles who is a crow that thinks he is an eagle. A sample of his work:
