It's July 1st and here in Canada that means it's Canada Day! Today we celebrate all things Canadian and your favorite Japanese film bloggers sit around in shorts and t-shirts and drink beer. In an attempt to come up with a proper Japanese/ Canadian image we considered a lot of options: Japanese fans dressed up as Anne of Green Gables (typical), images from the Japanese internment (wrong), Japanese-Canadian porn star Maria Ozawa (wrong, but in a different way), but in the end we decided on two foods representative of our two countries - maple syrup and sushi. Just please don't eat them together.
